3. OFFICIAL BIOS

Short Bio (Lineup/Socials)

Bridging the rhythmic lineage of Jamaican sound system culture and the vibrant vinyl treasures of the SWANA region, DJ Little Sister is a selector dedicated to the physical medium. Spinning exclusively on 45s and LP wax, her sets weave deep Reggae dubwise, roots riddims, and rare Habibi Funk grooves into a seamless, high-energy sonic tapestry. From intimate underground listening bars to international festival stages, she unearths forgotten dancefloor gems that span continents and eras.

Full Bio (Press/Features)

DJ Little Sister is a vinyl archivist and selector specializing in the heavy, warm sounds of Reggae and the soulful, obscure rhythms of Habibi Funk. Rooted in a deep reverence for analogue music culture, her performances bypass digital controllers entirely, relying strictly on two turntables, crate-dug wax, and direct crowd connection.

Her signature sound lives at the cross-section of cultures: blending double-drop Reggae riddims, rare Middle Eastern psych-rock, North African funk, and vintage Arabic disco. Each set is both a masterclass in musical excavation and an invitation to the dancefloor, highlighting forgotten classics alongside regional gems that rarely see light on western sound systems.

DJ Little Sister has graced decks across California and Japan, playing alongside top-tier selectors and holding down residencies known for their tactile, immersive atmosphere. Whether setting the dynamic for a packed club night or guiding a sunset festival slot, her commitment to wax ensures an authentic, unmistakable warmth that keeps audiences moving.
